To make this: you need 1 cup low-fat yogurt, 1-2 garlic chopped, 1 teaspoon ground pepper, salt as per taste, juice of one lemon and 2 tablespoons olive oil.

You may also add little brown sugar to it if you like it to be a bit sweeter. Blend everything together and you will get a nice creamy salad dressing. Add it to any steamed or raw salad and enjoy.

To make this salad dressing: you need 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar, ½ cup buttermilk, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ½ tablespoon finely chopped garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper,  and 1/3 cup chopped basil.

Take buttermilk in a bowl and add vinegar to it. Stir to mix. Now add mayonnaise to it and whisk. You may add more mayonnaise to it if you like. Now add garlic, salt, pepper, and basil to it. Add this mixture to any salad you like and enjoy.

To make this healthy and tasty salad dressing, you need ½ cup low-fat yoghurt, ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice,  pinch of cayenne pepper, ½ cup crumbled blue cheese and salt as per taste.

Add yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix the well. Now add fresh lemon juice and cayenne pepper to it and again stir to mix well. Add crumbled blue cheese to it and whisk using a hand whisker. You may add salt to it as per taste. This salad dressing can be mixed in any salad, pasta and can even be used as a dip.

To make this salad dressing, you need 3 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp of honey, pinch of salt and pepper.

Take olive oil in a jar or bowl and add honey to it. Mix it well and add tamarind paste, onion and apple cider vinegar to it. Now add poppy seeds and sesame seeds to it and mix well. Add this salad dressing in any raw or boiled salad. Tastes best with lettuce salads.
