Consuming energy boosting foods or agni boosting foods is the best and quicker way to boost energy. The best foods for boosting energy is nuts and nuts butters, sesame seeds, vegetables like kale, spinach, carrots etc. Also, fats like coconut oil, olive oil and ghee boosts energy in the body.
