Eyebrow grooming can make a person appear younger and more attractive. To help reduce the pain during tweezing, you can try the following remedies.

    painless tweezing
    Tweeze

The most important thing to have when plucking your eyebrows is a pair of good tweezers. Use tweezers that are sharp and not dull at the edges.

    After shower

Tweeze the eyebrows after shower, the hot water helps to prepare the skin. The heat and moisture in the air also makes it easier for your eyebrow hairs to slide out.

    Stretch

Use your fingers to stretch and pull the skin as you pluck the hair. This will help prevent pinching the skin with tweezers and easy removal of the hair without breakage.

ice cubes to Tweeze Eyebrows PainlesslyFreeze
Use ice cube on the eyebrows before tweezing, rubbing ice on skin makes it numb. You might have to rub it a couple times during your plucking session.

    Pain relief

Use a pain killer or a numbing cream on the area you are about to tweeze to help reduce the pain. As soon as you are done, rinse it off thoroughly.

    Warm it

Before you tweeze, make sure you soften your skin. Dip a wash cloth or cotton pad in a bowl of hot water or milk. Fold the cloth in half and lay it over your eyebrows for a  minute. The hot temperature helps to open up the hair follicles, making eyebrow hairs easier to remove.

    Moisturize
Apply chilled aloe vera gel or some moisturizer to get calm the redness and soothe the skin.

Good luck… and don’t over tweeze!
