There could be many reasons for our tresses to be damaged. Hair loss and dandruff are the most common problems that we are facing these days. Nettles: Our hair need proper minerals and vitamins to remain healthy and strong. Nettles are rich in iron which is a must for the body. It stimulates frequent urination in the body, thereby helping the body to throw the toxins out which would have hampered the body in a long run. Take a glass of hot water and dip the tea bag. Stir It well and add 1 teaspoon of honey to it. Stir it and drink it everyday
Green Tea: Green tea is popular worldwide for its health benefits and it is packed with antioxidants. It stimulates your hair follicles and makes your hair grow faster. Panthenol, along with the other antioxidants present in green tea, may help in strengthening the hair and making it healthier. Sage: If you are facing baldness and are losing hair at a rigorous speed, sage tea is a must for you. Take a pan of water and set it to boil. Add the sage leaves to it and let it boil completely. Take it off from the flames after 45 minutes, strain it and allow it to cool. Use this liquid as a final rinse on your hair. You can also drink the sage tea on a regular basis. Do add few drops of honey to it. We do not recommend sage tea for pregnant women.
Chamomile: It helps you to prevent hair loss. You can either consume it everyday or use the Chamomile tea to wash your scalp. Take a pan of water and set it to boil. Add the tea leaves to it and let it boil completely. Take it off from the flames, strain it and allow it to cool. Use this liquid as a final rinse on your hair. It is safe and chemical free. Repeat this procedure thrice a week for faster and better results.
Rosemary Tea: It helps in increasing blood circulation, which sometimes is a cause for hair damage and hair loss. Take a glass of hot water and dip the rosemary tea bag. Stir It well and add 1 teaspoon of honey to it. Drink it everyday in the mornings. You can also use the tea leaves if you do not have the tea bags. Maintaining healthy hair has never been easy, irrespective of the precautions that we take. We stick to the recommended shampoos and try the best brands to retain our hair texture. However, we aren’t successful all the times. Try out these herbal teas and you will gradually see the change in the damaged hair. They are just not good for hair but also has added advantage to the entire body. Keep your consumption level in limits as an overdose is not recommended.
