Jojoba oil- Jojoba oil has an SPF of 4-6 and also works as a great moisturizer.
Avocado oil- Avocado oil has an SPF of 15 and has skin nourishing and moisturizing properties.
Carrot seed oil- Carrot seed oil has an SPF of 40 and can help prevent sunburn to a great extent.
Vanilla oil- Vanilla oil works as a great natural fragrant in the recipe.
This elixir deeply absorbs into the skin, leaving your skin glowing and nourished. It smooths lines and wrinkles, repairs the skin, reduces stretch-marks and pigmentation and helps to prevent any UV damage for a beautiful skin.
RECIPE FOR NATURAL SPF BODY OIL:
Things you need-
- 3 tablespoon Jojoba oil
- 5 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 tablespoon carrot seed oil
- Few drops vanilla oil or essential oils
In a bowl, add jojoba oil and avocado oil. Add in carrot seed oil and stir.
For fragrance, add in vanilla oil. You can also add in any citrus essential oil or jasmine or rose oil if you prefer.
