I love this powder !! It lasts a long time and doesn’t cake. The price is wonderful, especially compared to the other powders on the market. After trying the new pressed powder, I have now stopped using liquid foundation and switched to powder, because it looks extremely natural on my skin, like I have no makeup on.
The packaging is sleek, pink and shiny. The compact is light weight and has a mirror which makes application on-the-go super handy. It’s almost too pretty to carry in my bag. The powder can be used with a brush or a puff.
The pressed powder foundation can be applied wet or dry with a sponge. The wet application makes my skin look extremely flawless and smooth. To use the powder wet, dip the puff in water, squeeze out the excess water and glide the powder on the face. However, instead of dipping the puff in the water, I like to mist it with water, rose water or makeup setting spray to wet the puff and then gently glide the product on my face. The powder has a nice soft texture making it easy to blend on my skin. It can be used alone, giving you just the perfect amount of coverage. I just use one layer of the product and a lipstick and my everyday makeup is done within 5 mins. If you want extra coverage to hide any blemishes then maybe use a bit of concealer and pat the powder on. If you have dry skin then use a drop or two of argan oil or a moisturizer and then gently pat the powder on your skin. It gives you a matte finish and to my experience, the powder stays put for about 4-5 hours, which is pretty good.
