Hello everyone, today I will be reviewing an amazing product from my recent Innisfree haul. Innisfree has launched its new store in Mumbai, Phoenix mall last month and I couldn’t wait to try out a few products from them. Basically Innisfree is a Korean brand, and I am totally amused by such brands having known the Koreans have such beautiful and flawless skin.
I am not a big fan of face washes as they tend to dry out my skin (and I have oily skin by the way). I can totally say that I finally found a face wash at Innisfree that suits my skin so well and keeps it soft and moisturized! Innisfree has different face washes for different face types, and I got the one suitable for combination skin- Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore cleansing Foam. Let us see how I liked it –
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Innisfree Jeju volcanic pore cleansing foam is formulated with Jeju volcanic clusters to strongly adsorb sebum and purify pores. Skin feels and looks matte. Suitable for oily to combination skin and enlarged pores.
MY TAKE ON INNISFREE JEJU VOLCANIC PORE CLEANSING FOAM
Packaging: The facial foam comes in an attractive yellow-cream tube with cream coloured flip open plastic cap. The opening is wide enough to let out just the required quantity. The tube is not sturdy but is soft so you need to be careful while pressing it while taking out the product. Even if the tube is soft, there won’t be any product leakage once the cap is secured.
Texture: I am in love with the texture of this facial foam. It is even creamier than a face cream- soft and whipped while being thick at the same time! The soft creamy facial foam also contains some brown cellulose particles which are not at all harsh and provides mild exfoliation every time you use it.
Fragrance:
The product has mild and soothing fragrance which is not characteristic and I cannot really explain or relate to anything. The fragrance is not strong and won’t bother sensitive noses.
How I use and after effects:
I gently squeeze the tube to take out a small amount and work rich lather on my palms using little water. The creamy foam can be applied on the face and massaged for sometime. I let it stay on my face for a minute or so and then wash it off. Skin feels smooth instantly and stays that way all day long. It not only makes skin smooth and soft but also makes skin less oily and improves skin texture with regular usage.
For me, this is a great product and it offers benefits better than a regular face wash.
