RECIPE FOR HAND AND BODY SUGAR SCRUB:
Things you need-
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vitamin E
- Few drops of your favorite essential oil (optional)
Directions-
To make hand and body scrub using sugar you need 2 cups of sugar, half cup coconut oil, 1 teaspoon vitamin E and few drops of essential oil (peppermint or lavender oil). Mix everything well and then apply it on your arms, legs and other parts. This scrub is a very good exfoliator and it will make your body smooth and supple. If your worried that coconut oil will make your shower slippery then substitute coconut oil with honey or aloe vera gel.
