For healthy hair you need a healthy scalp so it is important to treat your scalp right if you want your hair to grow faster and stronger. The scalp treatments rinses away product build up for softer and shinier hair.
Once a week show your scalp some love with an at home natural scalp treatment which will help:
- Treat dandruff
- Get rid of any product build up
- Exfoliate to get rid of any dry itchy scalp
- Help to grow longer and stronger hair
You will need:
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Moisturizing scalp scrub:
COCONUT OIL 
LEMON JUICE
- Mix a coconut oil with lemon juice.
- Section off your hair and with a brush or cotton ball apply the mixture to your scalp.
- Very gently massage your scalp with your finger tips in circular motion.
- Cover your hair with a shower cap.
- Leave it on for about 15 – 20 mins.
- Finish off with your regular shampoo and conditioner.
If you have dandruff or dry scalp then cut a lemon in half and apply it directly to the roots of your hair, leave it on for 10 mins and rinse off. Coconut oil helps to condition and moisturize the scalp while the acidity in lemon will exfoliate the scalp and strengthen hair.
