DIY natural lip and cheek stain

Beetroot has been a favorite among women from a long time to make their lips plumper, healthier and needless to say pink. To achieve that you need to peel and chop the beet up into tiny pieces. Use a mixer/processor to make a fine paste. Filter the paste using a muslin cloth. Use a roll on container or a old clean lip gloss tube to pour the liquid in.

It is made from all-natural ingredients, free from parabens, fragrance-free and oil-free also meaning it is perfect for all skin types. Keep it in your fridge for 1 month. Add in few drops of coconut oil to keep your lips moisturized.

DIY Natural Lip and cheek stain:

  • glycerine
  • Food coloring or beet powder

Put some food coloring into a small bowl , you can chose any color according to your taste or mix and match different colors to achieve the desired result like the body shop or benefit lip and cheek stain. Add a tsp of glycerin and mix everything well together.

Pour it over the bottle and fill the rest with distilled or rose water.

The 2nd method is to use beet powder. Use a tsp of beet powder and mix it with a tsp of  shea butter or almond oil ( you can add more beet powder to darken the color) for a natural lip and cheek stain. You can also use beet powder for a natural powder blush.
