Dry and cracked lips are common because lips do not have any sebaceous glands to keep them moisturized on its own. Chap sticks, lip balms, etc. are a great way to moisturize your lips on-the-go but your lips also need a moisture boost once in a while to maintain its shine and softness. there are lip patches available commercially that are actually lip masks. Well, you can make your own lip patches too:
Castor oil- Has great skin moisturizing and softening properties. Helps heal dry patches effectively.
Almond oil- Heals dry patches and also helps to lighten lip pigmentation.
Beetroot powder- Nourishes lips and keeps it healthy. Also gives it a rosy appearance.
Things you need-

Grab a cotton pad or thick paper towel and cut into oval or lip shape or whatever you prefer but just make sure it covers your lips.
Soak the paper towel r cotton pad with the oil mixture and place it over your lips. Let it work for about 15 minutes before removing the oil patch.
