Aloe vera- Aloe vera has skin cooling and soothing properties. It soothes skin inflammation from sun burn and also helps calm down sun-bumps.

Cucumber- Cucumber is a well-known skin cooling ingredient. It helps cool down skin inflammation and also soothe sun burn and redness if any.

Oats- Oats have anti-inflammatory and skin calming properties which make it a great ingredient in the recipe.


Things you need-

  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons cucumber juice
  • 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel/juice

In a bowl, add oats.Add in cucumber juice and aloe vera juice/gel.
