CLARIFYING HAIR WASH

If you are experiencing oily scalp, sticky hair roots and ends, sticky dandruff, stunt hair growth etc. you probably have hair buildup. Hair buildup is really common and is caused by using chemical based hair products like shampoos, conditioners, hair sprays, heat protectant sprays etc. It is important to clarify your hair once in every 2 week to keep follicles unclogged and to boost hair growth and for the overall hair and scalp health. Below is a recipe for clarifying hair wash-

CLARIFYING-HAIR-WASH

BENEFITS:

Castile soap- Contains no silicone or any unwanted chemicals. Cleanses the hair and scalp without adding on to any buildup.

Baking soda- Helps clarify hair and scalp, deeply cleanses and removes all product buildup and excess sebum.

Lemon essential oil- Has cleansing properties and also adds a fresh scent to the shampoo.

RECIPE FOR CLARIFYING HAIR WASH:

Things you need-

  • 1/2 cup castile soap
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 10 drops lemon essential oil

Directions-

In a bowl, add water and baking soda and stir until the baking soda is dissolved.

Add in castile soap and lemon essential oil and stir.

Transfer to an easy-to-use bottle and use it once every 2 weeks.
