DIM YOUR LIGHTS
Lighting has a direct connection with your sleeping pattern. Bright lights keep the mind/brain alert and wide awake so you do not feel asleep. If you are having a hard time falling asleep, try dimming your room lights.
Having a glass of warm milk is an age old remedy to fall asleep. Many people find the warmth soothing and relaxing, helping them unwind both physically and mentally. Roughly 30 minutes before bed, start winding down. Turn off electronics, read a book, and heat up a glass of milk to a toasty warm, but still comfortable, temperature. HAVE FISH IN DINNER
