Wakeup Beautiful - Bedtime Beauty Routine

SKINCARE
Remove all the makeup with a makeup remove and cleanse the skin to deep clean and clear the clogged pores from the days dirt and oil.
Use a small drop of extra virgin olive oil in your night cream and massage it into the skin for 5mins before going to bed to heal dry or damaged skin overnight.

HAIRCARE
Smooth a leave-in conditioner into your locks before you snooze to wake up to shiny, soft strands. For a natural alternative try aloe vera gel. To treat split ends apply a generous amount at the ends of your hair.
Tie your hair in a loose braid or two plaits. Braided hair will remain better protected while you are asleep. Sleeping with braids gives you natural loose curls and also reduces knots.

LIPS
Soak a wash cloth in warm water and use it on the lips to exfoliate dry skin. Next apply a hydrating oil like coconut or olive oil to wake up to soft, hydrated lips

EYES
If you suffer from puffy eyes, then sleep on your back and use a slightly elevated firm pillow to help prevent the fluid from concentrating below your eyes.
Leave the eye cream in the fridge and then apply on your eye area. Putting your eye cream in the fridge will instantly de-puff and soothe the eyes.

TEETH
Brushing and flossing your teeth are important to keep your mouth healthy and attractive. While brushing removes stains, flossing makes your gums healthy.

NAILS
To strengthen the nails and soften cuticles, massage a small amount of vitamin e oil and then cover each cuticle with a coat of petroleum jelly to seal it all in.

HANDS AND FEET
Keep your hands and feet looking smooth, pretty. Heal cracked, dry or rough hands and feet overnight by exfoliating them with a natural scrub using salt and olive oil. Massage the scrub on your hands and feet for few mins, rinse off and pat dry. Apply a thick layer of moisturizer, Vaseline or olive oil and cover with gloves and socks to wakeup to soft, smooth hands and feet.
