Things you need: To make this face and hair mist, you need 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel, 1 cup brewed and cooled green tea, ½ teaspoon coconut oil (if you have dry skin or frizzy hair), juice of half lemon and few drops of essential oils of your choice (I have used lavender oil and peppermint oil because it is summer for a cooling effect). GREEN TEA DETOX WATER RECIPES FOR CLEANSING AND WEIGHT LOSS

Method: Brew strong green tea and let it cool. Pour it into wide mouthed bowls that you can mix other ingredients properly. Add in aloe vera gel and give it a good mix until it is well dissolved. You can use store bought ale vera gel to make the final product last long. Squeeze half a lemon and add in coconut oil and few drops of essential oils. Mix it well and pour the solution into a clean spray bottle. Shake well before every use.
