BANANA TEA RECIPE BENEFITS:

Banana peels- Banana peels are packed with potassium and magnesium that can help you sleep better. It also has weight loss benefits, the peel is rich in fiber, that helps to slow digestion, suppress appetite, boost metabolism.  The tea also helps to thereby prevent constipation, bloating  and aids in better digestion.

Nutmeg powder- Nutmeg is a powerful and natural sleep-aid.

Things you need-

  • 1 cup water
  • Organic Banana peel from 1 medium sized banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic nutmeg powder
  • Raw Honey (optional)

Directions-

In a saucepan, add water and banana peels. Add in nutmeg powder and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Strain and have the tea warm, before bedtime.

Caution – Make the tea only using organic bananas, wash the banana peel thoroughly before steeping it for a cup of this tea.
