Banana peels- Banana peels are packed with potassium and magnesium that can help you sleep better. Things you need-
- 1 cup water
- Organic Banana peel from 1 medium sized banana
- 1/4 teaspoon organic nutmeg powder
- Raw Honey (optional)
In a saucepan, add water and banana peels. Add in nutmeg powder and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Strain and have the tea warm, before bedtime.
Caution – Make the tea only using organic bananas,the banana peel thoroughly before steeping it for a cup of this tea.
