Do you ever experience red itchy patches on your skin after hot sun exposure or after swimming? These are called rashes; they can also be caused due to excessive sweating and unhygienic conditions. Skin rashes range from mild to severe and may be raised, smooth, scaly or bumpy. Rashes when mild need too treated before they get severe. Here is how you can soothe and treat rashes ASAP.

- If you have a bath tub, simply add in some hot water.
- Take some oatmeal and dried lavender flowers if you have and tie it in muslin cloth.
- Tie the muslin cloth in one side of the tub making sure the oatmeal section is dipped in it.
- Let it infuse fir 15 minutes and soak in for 20 minutes.
OATMEAL HONEY MASK:
- Take some oatmeal in a bowl and add in little milk.
- Now add in honey and give it a good mix until a homogeneous paste is formed.
- Apply this mask on skin rashes 30 minutes before you go for bath.
OATMEAL MILK SPRAY
- Take some oatmeal powder and soak it into 1 glass of water.
- After 1 hour, mix it well and strain.
- Pour the milky oatmeal milk into a spray bottle and use it as a spray over your rashes several times a day.
