GARLIC CARROT CHUTNEY

4 HEALTHY CHUTNEY RECIPES Things you need: To make this chutney, you need grated carrot, 2 ½ tablespoon chopped garlic, 2 tablespoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon oil, salt to taste and little lemon juice as per taste.

Method: Add garlic, chilli powder, oil, salt and lemon juice in a grinder and grind everything well. Add this grinded mixture to carrots and mix it thoroughly. Put the mixture in a jar and close it with a well-fitting lid and refrigerate. You are done!

ONION TOMATO CHUTNEY

ONION TOMATO CHUTNEYThings you need: To make this chutney, you need 2 large onions, 2 small tomatoes, 3-4 dry red chillies/powder, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt as per taste and oil as per needed.

Method: Cut chopped onions and cook them with little oil until golden brown. Once done, add garlic and red chillies (or red chilli powder if you prefer) and cook for additional 4-5 minutes until the mixture gets mushy. Now, add chopped tomatoes and cook until you cannot see any tomato cubes/pieces in it. Add some salt and turn off the flame. Let it cool a bit and blend it in a blender without using any water. The chutney should be thick and soft. Store it in refrigerator for 3 days.

PEANUT CHUTNEY

PEANUT CHUTNEYThings you need: To make this chutney, you need 3 cups peanuts, ¼ cup grated coconut, Red chillies if you prefer, little tamarind and salt as required.

Method: Roast peanuts and keep it aside. Now, grind together roasted (skin removed) peanuts, grated coconut, red chillies, tamarind and salt using a grinder. Add little water and grind again until you get a thick paste like consistency. Your delicious peanut chutney is ready!

PARSLEY YOGURT CHUTNEY

PARSLEY YOGURT CHUTNEY Things you need: To make this healthy and tasty quick chutney, you need 1 cup low-fat yogurt/curd, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic, red chilli powder as per taste and salt as per taste.

Method: Hang the curd/yogurt in a muslin cloth for 20-30 minutes until it gets thick. Add finely chopped parsley, garlic, red chilli powder and salt to it and blend it all together in a blender until smooth. Your parsley yogurt chutney is ready. Store it in a refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days.
