SATAAVARI
Satavari is an excellent agent for increasing weight. It also helps in maintaining the fluid balance in the body. It improves the overall efficiency of your digestive system hence helps you get rid of unhealthy fats and retain healthy ones thus maintaining healthy weight.
BANANAS
Bananas have a good amount of calories that will give you an instant energy lift and help you gain weight. Eat one to two ripe bananas for breakfast. Then drink a glass of warm milk, mixed with a little sugar and one teaspoon of clarified butter. Follow this breakfast routine for a month.
EAT THREE SATISFYING MEALS A DAY
Creating predictability and routine around our meals ensures that the body is fed regularly, and promotes balance on more systemic levels as well. As a starting place, commit to eating three solid meals at consistent times each day, and plan ahead as much as possible to ensure that you can follow through. Even better, set aside twenty to thirty minutes to stop what you are doing and receive each meal. Try not to multitask or eat while distracted. It is best to offer your full attention to your meal, and to focus on connecting with and being nourished by your food.
MEDITATION
Meditation can be a potent addition to anyone’s daily routine. It is especially supportive of building the body if stress, anxiety, and other mental and emotional influences are involved in your struggle with maintaining a healthy body weight. Because meditation helps us to re-pattern the mind, it tends to support us on a very fundamental level, often reaching well beyond the symptoms we are trying to address.
CONSUME GHEE OR CLARIFIED BUTTER (HOMEMADE)
Clarified butter is an excellent source of saturated fat and calories, hence it can increase your body weight. Mix one tablespoon of clarified butter with one tablespoon of sugar. Eat this mixture twice daily, at least 30 minutes before eating your lunch and dinner. Follow this routine for a month.
