To make your own natural body polish, you will need:
* 2 cups Brown sugar/ coffee grounds/ sea salt or oatmeal.
* 1/4 cup Honey
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* Lemon essential oil (optional)
Mix any one of the natural scrubs with honey, olive oil and few drops of essential oil in a bowl.
Massage gently, polishing away dull skin cells. Rinse well and pat dry. Use caution as the oils can make shower and bath surfaces slippery.
