RECIPE FOR 2-INGREDIENT NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL COOKIES:
Things you need-
- 1 cup soft peanut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
In a wide mouthed bowl, add peanut butter and rolled oats. Mix it well until it forms a dough-like consistency.
Make small balls and press them down on a ceramic plate or butter paper lined tray. Further, use a fork to make cookies-like squared texture on your cookies.
Freeze the cookies for 30 minutes and you are done!
