\nA Sanskrit word, Ayurveda is made of two words \u2013 ayur (life) and veda (knowledge). It is the knowledge that is arranged methodically with logic that becomes the science of life. Here are some easy Ayurvedic tips that can make us feel healthy, fitter and happier.<\/p>\n
Tip 1: Wake up Early: Rise up before dawn to enjoy fresh, pure and unpolluted air. This will help you spend the rest of your day with positive vibes and energy.<\/p>\n
Tip 2: Indulge in \u2018Green\u2019 Eating: Staying \u2018disease-free\u2019 can happen when you eat fresh organic fruits and vegetables. This will help clear your body of toxins. Avoid eating oily junk food, as much as you can.<\/p>\n
Tip 3: Start your day on a \u2018sweet\u2019 note: Begin each morning by putting a teaspoon of honey in half a pint of water. This will help kill all toxins from your body besides ridding it of bacteria.<\/p>\n
