Unfortunately, sometimes they can leave a mark on your skin that may take months to fade away.\u00a0More: How to remove bruise marks >><\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Below is how you could use lavender essential oil to get rid of bruises along with its benefits:<\/p>\n BENEFITS:<\/strong><\/p>\n WAYS TO USE LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL TO GET RID OF BRUISE:<\/strong><\/p>\n Lavender ice cubes:<\/em> In a bowl, add 1 cup of water and to it, add 10 drops of lavender essential oil and 2 tablespoons of witch hazel. Stir and add it into ice cube trays. Freeze and use the ice cubes to rub on the bruised area. Repeat this several times a day until the bruise is no more.<\/p>\n Lavender massage oil:<\/em> In a bowl, take some coconut oil and to it, add few drops of lavender essential oil. Use this oil to gently massage the bruised skin, with light hands. Wipe it off and do not rinse.<\/p>\n Lavender turmeric mask:<\/em> In a bowl, take some turmeric powder and add water to it to make a thick paste. Add in few drops of lavender essential oil and mix well. Apply this mask on the bruise and let it sit for good 30 minutes.
