Sleep spray:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Take \u00bd cup water in a bowl and add in \u00bd cup or witch hazel. Now add in 10 drops lavender essential oil and mix well. Pour it into a spray bottle and use it to spray on your pillow before bedtime. Shake well before every use.<\/p>\n

Diffuser:<\/strong> Put few drops of lavender essential oil into a diffuser if you have 30 minutes before you go to sleep.<\/p>\n
