SPINACH PROTEIN SHAKE<\/strong><\/p>\n Things you need:<\/em> To make this protein shake, you need 1 glass almond milk, 1 tablespoon flax seed powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and handful spinach.<\/p>\n Method:<\/em> Add almond milk and spinach to a mixer grinder and blend it together until smooth. Make sure there are no spinach pieces in it. Now, add in flax seed powder and chia seeds and blend it again. You may add honey to it if you prefer sweet tasting shake.
