Things you need<\/em>: To make this smoothie, you need 1 whole apple, handful of dried cranberries and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.<\/p>\n

Method<\/em>: Put all the ingredients in a blender. Add some warm water to it and blend it well making sure all the ingredients are mixed properly and there are no cranberry lumps in it. pour the mixture in a glass or mason jar and enjoy!<\/p>\n

Things you need:<\/em>\u00a0To make this smoothie, 1 cup milk of choice (almond milk or coconut milk) 1 chai tea bag, 1 ripe\u00a0banana and \u00bc tsp pure vanilla extract<\/p>\n
