Mascara is my favourite thing amongst all the products I have in my makeup bag. Mascara adds a drama to your eyes and defines the lashes. Who all aim in achieving long lashes? I do! There are many who already have long lashes and only want it to be thick and dense. All mascaras have almost the same formulation so what is that makes one different from the other? It\u2019s all about the mascara wands. Shape of the mascara wand totally affects the shape and size of ones lashes.<\/p>\n

\"THEHere is an explanation for different types of mascara wands which will help you choose the right mascara for you:<\/p>\n

BALL TIPPED<\/strong><\/p>\n

You must have seen mascara wands that have ball tips with bristles around it in a circular way. These mascaras help you get to the corner lashes that are tiny and sparse. It effectively thickens and lengthens it making your eyes look wide and nice. You need to be careful while using this as you may end up with a lot of product on the lashes.<\/p>\n

CURVED WAND<\/strong><\/p>\n

Curved wands give your lashes some curl thanks to its curved wand. To use it perfectly and to give your lashes a god curl, you need to wiggle your lashes from the centre and upward. These wands help coax your lashes upward.<\/p>\n

THIN AND STRAIGHT WAND<\/strong><\/p>\n

These wands are usually long and have tiny bristles. They separate your lashes individually and coat them perfectly. Although, you won\u2019t see any lengthening effect, but will surely see your lashes gone dense. Also, this type of wand is easy to use on the lower lash without creating any mess.<\/p>\n

THICK BRISTLE WAND<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thick bristle wands are normally used by everyone. These wands have thick bristles that literally coat every hair of the lash making it appear dense and thick. This wand has no lengthening effect so girls who have sparse hair and desire thick dense lashes should go with this kind of wand.<\/p>\n

PINE CONE WAND<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just like the name suggests, the wand is pine cone shape- longer bristles at the base and thinner and sparse bristles at the top. The thin bristles at the end perfectly grips the outer lashes and coats and lengthens them nicely while the long base bristles lightly coat the inner and middle lashes. This kind of wand is used to create a perfect cat eye lash which goes well with the cat eye winged liner.<\/p>\n

BOTTOM LASH WAND<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bottom lash wands can be used to curl and lengthen bottom lashes, but it also has many other uses. If you have smaller eyes, use it only on the outer lashes to make it look long and also use it vertically to make your sparse lashes look dense.<\/p>\n

RUBBER BRISTLED WAND<\/strong><\/p>\n
