We do so much for beauty! There are so many tricks, tips and hacks to look perfect and we often do it all. Have you ever thought of you really need to do that beauty hack? Of if you really need that beauty habit? We certainly waste so much time in some of the beauty habits we often don’t require. Here are some beauty habits that you don’t need to mandatorily do and can be skipped without any problem:

PLUCKING THE EYEBROWS

Plucking the eyebrows is a habit we all can give a miss. There are other options called as waxing or threading that can do a better job! Plucking or tweezing is certainly good in emergencies but do not make it a habit as it can actually ruin your eye brow shape overtime. Instead go for regular threading or waxing sessions.

BUFFING YOUR NAILS

Buffing nail is a good practice before applying a nail polish or when you are getting a manicure done since it makes your nails smooth for an even application of a nail polish. If you have a habit of frequently buffing your nails every other day, you need to stop doing that as soon as possible. Frequent buffing can make your nails weak and prone to breakage.

TAKING BUBBLE BATHS

Unfortunately, your favourite bubble baths do more harm than good! You don’t really need a bubbling bath since it actually makes your skin dry instead of moisturizing it. Foam can strip your skin of its natural oils and cause cracking of skin. Instead, you can add honey, milk, Epsom salt, oatmeal etc. for a relaxing and moisturizing bath.

STYLING HAIR EVERYDAY

Styling hair everyday especially by using heating tools should be avoided. Styling everyday can make your hair rough, brittle and prone to breakage. Not only is it damaging, but is also a waste of your time! Instead go for no-heat hair styling routine.
