Oats are well known as a healthy breakfast and loved by many. You might not be a fan of its taste but would surely consume it for nutrients. Well, now you need not just gulp down your oats! Here I am with some easy oatmeal recipes which will make your taste buds happy and what\u2019s more? They are overnight oats that need no preparation in the morning and you can reach the office in time!<\/p>\n
OVERNIGHT FRUIT OATS<\/strong><\/p>\n You need 1 cup rolled oats, \u00bc cup thin sliced apples, \u00bc cup pomegranate seeds, \u00bc cup orange pulp (transparent cover removed), \u00bd cup coconut milk and \u00bd cup maple syrup or honey.<\/p>\n Mix up all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Cover with a foil or transparent film and refrigerate overnight. Remove from fridge the next morning and enjoy!<\/p>\n OVERNIGHT PEANUT BUTTER OATS<\/strong><\/p>\n You need \u00bd cup unsweetened plain almond milk or coconut milk, 1 teaspoon flax seed, \u00be Tbsp. chia seeds, 2 Tbsp natural salted peanut butter, 1 Tbsp honey and 1\/2 cup rolled oats.<\/p>\n To a small bowl, add almond milk\/coconut milk, flax seeds, chia seeds, honey, and peanut butter. Stir the ingredients well but make sure you do not dissolve all the peanut butter. Doing so leaves swirls of peanut butter to enjoy the next day. Add oats and stir properly. Cover with aluminium foil or plastic film and refrigerate overnight. Consume the next morning.<\/p>\n OVERNIGHT FLAXSEED OATS<\/strong><\/p>\n You need \u2153 cup yogurt, \u00bd cup rolled oats, \u2154 cup soy milk, 2 tablespoons ground flaxmeal, a pinch of salt and honey or maple syrup for taste.<\/p>\n Combine all the ingredients and stir thoroughly. Put everything in a tight fitting jar and refrigerate overnight (or 5 hours if preparing during the day). Stir again in the morning and consume!<\/p>\n
