MAC has recently launched their Vibe Tribe collection range with pretty Aztec print packaging. I Love Mac and I love Tribal Aztec prints too; so this is the best combo ever! I rushed to the MAC store to get hold of the lip crayon from this range, and thankfully only few were left in stock and I could luckily find the shade I want! I got the orange shade named \u2018Teen Dream\u2019<\/strong> and here is a review on it:<\/p>\n

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: <\/strong>The colour and shine of a gloss, the precision of a lip pencil – all in one colour stick. A unique blend of creamy emollients replenishes moisture, keeping lips soft with an ultra-smooth texture that isn’t heavy or sticky. The pencil’s effortless twist-up keeps application clean and simple, with no need to sharpen. The MAC Vibe Tribe Collection<\/strong> is a mix of colourful Festival-inspired package with sunburnt orange tones of makeup.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\"MACMY TAKE ON MAC TRIBE COLLECTION LIP CRAYON- TEEN DREAM<\/strong><\/p>\n

Packaging:<\/u> The packaging is the best part here! The lip crayon along with the outer box comes in pretty Aztec print<\/strong>. Looks really pretty. The lip pencil is a twist-up one so you need not sharpen it every now and then. The cap just needs to be pressed to close and there is no satisfying click, but can be sure of it closing tight. I carry this in my purse and the cap has never come off, so I can call it travel friendly.<\/p>\n

\"MACTexture: <\/u>The lip crayon is very soft but does not break and maintains its shape. The crayon glides very smoothly and moisturizes lips very well; giving a subtle shine.<\/p>\n

Shade: <\/u>Teen dream is a coral-orange shade with no other undertones, just pure coral. The shade is not very pigmented as it is a kind of tinted lip balm that gives sheer colour.<\/p>\n

Fragrance:<\/u> The lip crayon has sweet fragrance; I feel it smells like coffee. It is not OTT and won\u2019t bother sensitive noses.<\/p>\n

\"MACHow I use and staying power:<\/u> I am a matt lipstick lover so I always apply a lip balm prior to applying the lipstick, but this lip crayon is not matte hence needs no prep! Can be used as a lip balm or a sheer lipstick with subtle sheen. I simply open the cap, twist up the crayon and swipe it on my lips multiple times for visible colour. The sheen looks really pretty and the sheer colour too looks natural giving lips a pinched look.<\/p>\n

Now coming to the staying power, the lip crayon does stay all day long but the colour fades a bit by the end of the day. If you have meals, it would go away 70% but the orange tint would still be there. I don\u2019t mind reapplying as I use this as a tinted lipbalm.<\/p>\n
