Add one teaspoon yeast for every kilo of fruit used. Put a lid on it tightly and ferment for three weeks. Filter out clear, fermented liquid into a sterilized container (a container boiled in water for 30 minutes). Add 100 cc of mother liquor to every kilo of fruit used. Plug mouth of container with cotton and cover it with clean paper. Ferment for one to two months. Pasteurize for 20 minutes at 70 degrees Celsius.<\/p>\n HAIR RINSE<\/strong><\/p>\n Mix two tablespoons banana vinegar with one cup water, and use to douse your hair after washing. Rinse thoroughly, and follow with a light conditioner. The acetic acid in banana vinegar will remove residue from product buildup and help you get shiny, lustrous locks.<\/p>\n FOOT DEODORIZER<\/strong><\/p>\n Mix one cup banana vinegar with four cups water in a basin. Soak feet for 15 minutes, the rinse and dry. Banana vinegar’s antiseptic properties help to deodorize rank odour and disinfect feet. Plus, its anti-fungal attributes prevent and combat fungal conditions like athlete\u2019s foot.<\/p>\n PROLONG LIVES OF FLOWERS<\/strong><\/p>\n Prolong the life of flowers in a vase. Add two tablespoons of banana vinegar plus three tablespoons of sugar per quart of warm water. Stems should be in three to four inches of water.<\/p>\n RASHES AND ITCHES<\/strong><\/p>\n If you\u2019ve got a bug bite, poison ivy rashes, psoriasis patches, you can take some banana vinegar on a cotton ball and rub them into your skin. If you experience burning, which psoriasis often causes, or itching from allergic reactions and bug bites, place the banana vinegar into the fridge until it becomes cool. Dip cotton ball in it and place it onto your skin for instant relief.<\/p>\n BRUISE<\/strong><\/p>\n Soak a cotton ball or pad with undiluted banana vinegar, and secure it with a bandage. Leave on for one hour. Banana vinegar’s anti-inflammatory properties calm injured skin, and its acetic acid increases circulation and healing.<\/p>\n SOIL FERTILIZER<\/strong><\/p>\n Increase soil acidity by using banana vinegar. In hard water areas, add a cup of banana vinegar to a gallon of tap water for watering acid loving plants like rhododendrums, gardenias, or azaleas.
