Parathas are absolute favourite for we, Indians as a breakfast dish and stuffed parathas add nutrition values to it. One of my personal favourite is parathas stuffed with soft paneer. Paneer is also nutritious and add food values to parathas. So today I am sharing the easy steps of making paneer parathas.<\/p>\n
<\/a>Ingredients: <\/strong><\/p>\n You can also add in some smashed potatoes but I have skipped potatoes here.<\/p>\n <\/a>Dough Preparation: <\/strong><\/p>\n Add\u00a01-2 cups of whole wheat\u00a0flour,\u00a0a pinch of salt and 1\/2 tsp of ghee or oil to a mixing bowl. Pour about 1\/4 cup water first. Mix and knead the dough. \u00a0Add in more\u00a0water if\u00a0required. Keep the\u00a0bowl aside\u00a0to rest for 20 to 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n
