So here I pen down the famous recipe for you all.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/theindianspot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/f10.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-expand=\"600\" class=\"lazyload size-full wp-image-40956 aligncenter\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;charset=utf-8,%3Csvg xmlns%3D'http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg' viewBox%3D'0 0 600 500'%2F%3E\" data-src=\"http:\/\/theindianspot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/f10.jpg\" alt=\"Easy Lemon Rice Recipe\" width=\"600\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rice- 2 bowls (short grained)<\/li>\n<li>Black mustard seeds- 1 tea spoon<\/li>\n<li>Red chillies- 2-3<\/li>\n<li>Black gram (de-skinned)- 1 tablespoon<\/li>\n<li>Cashew nuts<\/li>\n<li>Very finely chopped ginger<\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves<\/li>\n<li>Green chillies- 1-2 chopped<\/li>\n<li>Some turmeric powder- it adds the nice color to the recipe, make sure you are not using more. Very less is required<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice- hero of the recipe (2-3 lemon)<\/li>\n<li>Hing (Asafoetida powder)- a pinch<\/li>\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>Sugar- a pinch to balance the taste<\/li>\n<li>Oil- 2-3 table spoon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can also use red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste if you want it to be spicier<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/theindianspot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/f11.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-expand=\"600\" class=\"lazyload size-full wp-image-40957 aligncenter\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;charset=utf-8,%3Csvg xmlns%3D'http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg' viewBox%3D'0 0 600 500'%2F%3E\" data-src=\"http:\/\/theindianspot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/f11.jpg\" alt=\"Easy Lemon Rice Recipe\" width=\"600\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a>Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Take some oil into the cooking pan and let it warm.<\/li>\n<li>Add red chilies (dry) into the warm oil, followed by\u00a0black mustard seeds and some black gram (chana daal).<\/li>\n<li>Add cashew nuts to the pan. You can use peanuts instead of cashew nuts.<\/li>\n<li>Add very finely chopped gingers and saute.<\/li>\n<li>Now add some clean curry leaves to it.<\/li>\n<li>Now it is time to add a pinch of hing ( Asafoetida) and\u00a0chopped green chillies to it.<\/li>\n<li>If you want more the rice to be spicy thenadd a little bit red chilli powder<\/li>\n<li>Now add some turmeric powder and be very careful here. Overuse of turmeric will spoil the taste\u00a0of this dish.<\/li>\n<li>Add salt to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Now add the lemon juice to it.<\/li>\n<li>After mixing the ingredients very well, now pour the rice into the mixture<\/li>\n<li>Mix the rice very well and before turning off the heat, sprinkle some sugar to balance the harsh sourness of lemon juice.<\/li>\n<li>Now your lemon rice is ready to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lemon is just a synonym of freshness, at least to me.
