FENNEL DETOX WATER<\/strong><\/p>\n Boil two quarts of water for 2 minutes. Take it off the heat and add 1\/2 tsp. fennel seed 1\/2 tsp coriander seeds and a few mint leaves. Let the spices infuse in the water for another 10 minutes. Store it hot inside a thermos, but before drinking pour it into a cup and let it cool to room temperature in summer. In winter, it can be\u00a0had slightly warm.<\/p>\n MINT DETOX WATER<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n You need \u00bd cups pure water, 2 heaping teaspoons peppermint or fresh mint, 1 heaping teaspoon brahmi gotu\/kola\u00a0powder, \u00bc teaspoon natural mineral salt, \u00bc lime (squeezed juice) and 2 teaspoons jaggery. Boil water. Remove from heat and add herbs, salt, and lime. Steep ten minutes, strain, add jaggery and drink warm or at room temperature.<\/p>\n GINGER DETOX WATER<\/strong><\/p>\n Boil two quarts of water for 2 minutes. Take it off the heat and add 1\/4 tsp. fennel seed 2 rose buds 1 clove Store it hot inside a thermos, but before drinking pour it into a cup and let it cool to room temperature in summer. In winter, it can be had slightly warm.<\/p>\n BASIL DETOX WATER<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Boil two quarts of water for 5 minutes. Take it off the heat and add 3 holy basil leaves 2 thin slices of\u00a0fresh ginger\u00a01\/4 tsp. of cumin 1\/2 tsp. of fennel Place the water and spices in a thermos, and sip the water at a hot or warm temperature throughout the day.<\/p>\n TURMERIC DETOX WATER<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n You need 1 Quart boiling water, 1-2 Tablespoons thinly sliced ginger, 1 Tablespoon thinly sliced fresh turmeric ( or \u00bd teaspoon ground), 1-2 teaspoons coriander seeds, 1-2 teaspoons cumin seeds, 1-2 teaspoons fennel seeds, 1-2 \u00a0bags (or Tablespoon) green tea and squeeze of lemon. Simmer all ingredients together for 5 minutes in a pot. Strain, before drinking.
