How to use:<\/u> Take a teaspoon or two of plain yellow mustard (Yellow mustards are effectively used for the treatment of this heartburn and acid reflux) and eat this directly. If you find difficult to swallow a teaspoon of this mustard then simply mix it in a glass of water and gulp it down quickly.<\/p>\n
