Sugar<\/strong>: Add a little brown sugar with your cleanser, face wash or body wash to exfoliate the skin gently for few mins. Rinse off with cold water, next massage your face and body with a small amount of coconut oil or moisturizer to increase circulation keeping your skin soft and supple.<\/p>\n

Oatmeal<\/strong>: Sooth your skin and keep it hydrated with oatmeal. \u00a0\u00a0Mix oatmeal with yogurt to make a paste, use it in circular motion to gently scrub the skin and get rid of dry itchy skin.
