Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\nLong Basmati Rice: 2 cups<\/li>\n Oil: 1 tablespoon<\/li>\n Kashmiri chillies: 4 – 5<\/li>\n Dried Red Chillies: 2<\/li>\n Garlic cloves, chopped: 2 – 3<\/li>\n Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n French beans, chopped: 4- 5<\/li>\n Onion, chopped: 1<\/li>\n Carrot, chopped: 1<\/li>\n Vinegar: 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n White pepper powder: \u00bc teaspoon<\/li>\n Salt to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nMethod:<\/strong><\/p>\n\nSoak Kasmiri chillies in water for \u00bd hour and make a paste of it to make the sauce.\u00a0<\/b>You can use Schezwan\u00a0sauce which is available in market instead of Kashmiri chilly paste.<\/li>\nChop all the vegetables and keep aside.<\/li>\n Wash rice and cook it in water. Drain it. Let it cool.<\/li>\n Take oil in a pan. \u00a0Add to it crushed garlic and dried red chillies.<\/li>\n Then add ginger paste and fry for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n Add onion,\u00a0\u00a0French beans\u00a0carrots and stir fry for another 5 minutes. Now, add in the\u00a0add schezwan sauce or the red chilly paste you made earlier.<\/li>\n Season with\u00a0salt and\u00a0vinegar and mix well.<\/li>\n Add the cooked rice and toss well.
