RECIPE FOR GREEN TEA SMOOTHIE:<\/strong><\/p>\n Things you need-<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Directions-<\/em><\/p>\n Grab a blender and add in yogurt and milk.<\/p>\n Add in banana, matcha powder and sweetener. If you do not have matcha powder, you can use 1\/2 cup brewed and chilled green tea instead. but then you need to add in more yogurt to thicken the smoothie.<\/p>\n Blend everything and serve chilled!<\/p>\n\n
