It has a sliver cap and the outer body is very similar in color to the actual color of the pencil.<\/p>\n<p>Urban Decay 24\/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Twice Baked is deep brown with finely milled champagne shimmer. It has a slight warm undertone, but mostly can be passed as a neutral brown.<\/p>\n<p>Urban Decay 24\/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Twice Baked is smooth and creamy in texture. It has the perfect consistency to last in the waterline; not too creamy, nor too dry. It applies evenly and does not feel harsh on the lids. It does not budge or smudge once it is set.<\/p>\n<p>Urban Decay 24\/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Twice Baked has intense pigmentation.
