When your hair looks dried and fried, it’s time to treat it to a deep conditioning treatment. We’ve put together a list of the best conditioning mask you can try at home with natural ingredients. A weekly deep conditioning treatment is a must for repairing your hair and preventing future breakage and damage.

1. Mayonnaise mask:

Mix 1 cup of mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. The lemon juice will mask the scent of the mayo. Spread the mask evenly onto your hair. Wrap your hair with a shower cap and leave it on for 20 minutes before you shampoo and condition your hair as usual.

2. Coconut Milk:

Use coconut milk for a homemade hair mask and ,massage it into your hair and scalp really well and allow it to stay there for about 10 to 20 minutes or even longer if you have really bad split ends and dried out hair. After your time is up with the homemade hair mask treatment you can simply rinse out your hair and use a natural shampoo and conditioner to help hydrate and repair you hair.

3. Egg yolk mask:

Egg yolk, that is high in protein and fats adds plenty of moisture to your dehydrated hair. Massage 1/2 cup of beaten egg yolk into your dry hair. Leave the egg yolk on your hair for at least 15-20 minutes and then rinse it out thoroughly with cool water. After rinsing, shampoo and condition your hair as usual.

To get the most effective results out of your deep conditioner, apply an ample amount of your deep conditioner to your hair. Cover with a shower cap or plastic wrap and then wrap with a hot towel, or apply heat for a few minutes with your hair dryer. Then let the hair mask sit for ten to thirty minutes or for really dry, damaged locks using coconut oil and leave it on overnight, and rinse well.
