Oatmeal- Has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and skin soothing properties. Helps unclog pores and prevent acne.
Honey- Is a natural humectant, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory ingredient.
RECIPE FOR OATMEAL HONEY OVERNIGHT TREATMENT:
Things you need-
- 3-4 tablespoons oatmeal flour
- Enough honey
In a bowl, add oatmeal flour and add in enough honey to make a spreadable paste.
Apply an even layer on cleansed skin and let it sit overnight to work.
If you find it uncomfortable to sleep, you can let it sit for 30 minutes and remove only the top layer. Let the residue sit on your skin overnight.
Rinse it off the next morning.
