How do you like having whipped cream? with fruits, in drinks or as it is? Whipped cream is an all rounder and can be consumed in multiple ways. If you are on a restricted diet or eat only vegan, you probably want to miss whipped cream but wait! Here we are with a vegan whipped cream recipe using chickpeas:
RECIPE FOR VEGAN WHIPPED CREAM USING CHICKPEAS:
Things you need-
- 1/3 cup brine water from canned chickpeas or boiled chickpeas (aquafaba)
- 1/3 cup sugar powder/castor sugar
In a bowl, add equal quantities of chickpeas water also called aquafaba and sugar.
Start whipping and continue until it turns thick, white and creamy like whipped cream.
Continue whipping until stiff peaks form. It can take around 15 minutes.
If you feel the whipped cream isn’t in the right consistency, place the bowl over a bed of ice and whip.
Use in any way you like.
