We believe healthy skin starts with deep-restoring moisture. Our Intensive Care Cocoa Glow Lotion is infused with multi-layer moisture and nutrients which penetrate the skin deep down absorbing quickly to leave your skin feeling healthy, fresh, and soft.
Packaging: It comes in the traditional Vaseline body lotion packaging. It looks exactly like the older version of Cocoa Glow in a chocolate brown colored bottle except with the new ‘Intensive Care’ label added to it. There is a flip-flop cap which shuts tightly and can be carried around without fear of leakage.
Texture and fragrance: The lotion is white in color but you can notice a very faint brownish tint on observing closely. The consistency is much thicker than the Aloe Soothe variant and somewhat difficult to spread. The fragrance is the same as the older variant, slight cocoa scent.
My experience: The cocoa variant of Vaseline is the most deeply moisturizing one and suitable for winters. Additionally, the micro-droplets of Vaseline jelly help to retain moisture for a longer time. I have been using this for past two weeks every night. And it has helped to heal all dry patches and soften the skin. My skin feels more healthy and nourished with continous usage. Due to its thicker consistency, it leaves a slightly greasy feeling after application. But as its very cold in the nights now, such an intense moisturization is needed. But for daytime usage, it is heavy and I prefer to use the Aloe Soothe variant. Regarding it claims of ‘glow’, I haven’t noticed any such glowing effects.
