RECIPE FOR TURMERIC TREATMENT FOR DARK SPOTS AND PIGMENTATION:
Things you need-
- 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon tomato juice
In a bowl, add aloe vera gel. Make sure it is organic and store-bought. Store-bought gel contains emulsifiers.
Add in turmeric powder and tomato juice. Mix well and apply on cleansed skin. Massage for a minute or so and let it sit for 30 minutes before washing off. Safe to be used once everyday.
Night Treatment: Before bedtime, cleanse the face and apply turmeric essential oil mixed with your night cream or moisturizer.
Turmeric Mask: Mix turmeric and rose water to form a paste. Use it as a face mask.
Turmeric Face Scrub: Mix oats, milk and turmeric to form a paste. Use it as a face scrub.
Note: Turmeric can stain your face temporarily. It will eventually go away. Use these treatments only once a day to avoid staining.
