Facials are the best way to relax your skin and get rid of multiple skin problems. But parlor ladies charge a bomb for doing average facial and it’s not always possible to spend huge amount every time on facial. If you want to pamper yourself but don’t want to spend money then this post is for you. Today I will be showing you how you can do your own facial at home using home-made stuff. Let’s get started=

The best natural At home facial TreatmentsThings you will need:

  • Raw Milk
  • Papaya
  • Rice Flour
  • Steamer
  • Blackhead remover
  • Cotton pads
  • Cashew nuts, olive oil, raw milk or your favorite massing cream
  • Gram flour, rose water, lemon juice or your favorite face pack
  • Ice and bowl

Cleansing: Wash your face with your favorite face wash. Now take raw milk in a bowl and apply it all over your face using cotton pads. Cleanse your face now, raw milk will remove leftover dirt and grime from your face. Your face is completely clean now.

Steaming: Take a steamer and give your face steam for 5-10 minutes. If you don’t have a steamer at home, you can use hot water or wash cloth steaming technique.

Exfoliation: Take mashed papaya and mix it with 1 tsp of baking soda. Rub the mixture in circular motion all over your face. Exfoliate your skin for around 5 minutes using this scrub. Papaya will remove tan from your face and rice flour will exfoliate your skin effectively. Papaya pulp will also nourish your skin.

Face Massage : Massaging is the important procedure during facials. You can use your favorite massage cream for this step. But if you want to make home-made massage cream then take few cashew nuts, raw milk and half tbsp olive oil. Mix all the three ingredients in blender and control the consistency using raw milk. Make sure it’s neither too thick nor too thin. Now, massage this cream in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction for around 20 minutes. You can store the remaining cream in container to use it again. This cream can be used by both dry and oil skin type.

Face Pack: Time to apply face pack, you can use your favorite face pack according to your skin type. Or you can also make home-made face pack using 2 tbsp of gram flour, rose water, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of turmeric. Add 1 tbsp of honey if you have dry skin otherwise skip. Apply it all over your face and neck and keep for 30 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water.

Toning: Toning is extremely essential step as it closes open-pores and prevents dirty and clogged pores. Take a bowl of water and add 5-6 ice in it. Now dip a clean wash cloth in the chilled water and clean your face with it. You can keep the chilled cloth on your face for 2 minutes, to close open pores.

Tadaaaa your home-facial is done. Now just Sit back and admire the person in the mirror. Your patience will show you immediate results. You can do this once every month to maintain glowing skin.
