TEA TREE OIL BATH – BENEFITS AND RECIPE

Tea tree oil has made his own place in the shampoo, soaps and other beauty products companies due to its healing properties. It is one such ingredients that helps to treat many skin related issues like ring worm, softens corns, cuts and scrapes, itching of insects and chicken pox, warts, acne and dandruff. Ingredients required:

• 2 cup of Epson salt
• 5-7 drops of peppermint essential oil
• 3 drops of Tea tree essential oil

How to use it?

Step 1: Grab all the ingredients together. Place jar ready to store the mixture if your doing in a large quantity

Step 2: Add salt, peppermint essential oil and tea tree essential oil in a jar and mix it well.

Step 3: If you not using immediately after mixture is ready then store it in tight lid jar. To use, add 2 cup of bath mixture to running warm or hot water and soak yourself at least for 12-15 min.

The use of Epson salt along with tea tree essential oil is very beneficial as magnesium and sulfate present in Epson salt plays an important role in many body functions like muscle control, energy production, and the elimination of harmful toxins.
