Scrubbing is an most important part of the skin care routine for a clear and healthy skin but people with sensitive skin can easily get irritated by using an exfoliating scrub. However, natural exfoliates like sugar, salt, oatmeal, honey make a perfect scrub for sensitive skin as they do not have any chemicals and are very mild to use on any skin type. So here is a natural home made scrub for sensitive skin type:
Oat flour- Is a gentle exfoliant, buffs away dead skin cells, calms down inflammation and adds glow.
Rice flour- Buffs away dead skin cells gently, brightens complexion.
Honey- Hydrates skin, lightens complexion and has cleansing and softening properties.
RECIPE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN SCRUB:
Things you need-
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 2 tablespoons oats flour
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Enough water
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients- rice flour and oats flour.
Add in honey and enough water to make a spreadable paste.
Use it as a facial scrub and rinse off.
