Blister is a small pocket of fluid called sebum on the upper layer of skin. It’s caused by rubbing skin forcefully in a wrong way, burning, chemical exposure, ill-fitted shoes or some kind of infection. Your news shoes looked great with your favorite outfit but they can sometimes be not good for your feet and can cause blister. I guess everyone has experienced blister at least once a while and today in this article you will learn some home remedies to treat them because we know blisters are painful.

Remedies for blister free feetApple Cider Vinegar: apple cider vinegar has antibacterial properties so when applied on infections like blisters it treats it effectively. Just take cotton, dip it in ACV and gently swab around the open blister area. Keep doing it 2-3 times a day and you will see results immediately. This remedy is an old-time remedy and very helpful too.

Diaper Rash Cream: If you have babies in your house then you can use the diaper rash cream to treat blister. Diaper creams basically are anti-infections, they prevent and treat blisters. Just apply small amount on the blister and let it stay for as long as you want. The cream will dry out the area without hurting the blister.

Castor Oil: Castor oil has anti-bacterial properties so you can use it to dry out the blister naturally and it will not hurt. Just take cotton, dip it in castor oil and apply the oil on the blister. Next morning you will see that the blister has dried on its own.

Black Tea: Applying black tea on the affected blister area also soothes it down and dries it immediately due to the anti-inflammatory properties. After applying black tea you will notice that the blister has dried and the upper layer of the skin starts peeling. But don’t peel it off yourself; allow it to come out naturally.

Salt Water: Soaking feet in salt water is also an old home remedy and it’s highly effective too. Add some salt in cold water and soak your feet in it for 5-10 minutes. The salt water will compress and heal the blister effectively.

Vaseline: This is the easiest remedy you can try. Just apply Vaseline or any other petroleum jelly on the blister before going to bed. Next morning, you will see improvement in the blister condition. Keep repeating it until the outer layer of skin is detached naturally.
