RECIPE FOR PEPPERMINT TEA:

Things you need-

  • Fresh or dried peppermint stems and leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (if you like it sweet)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of lemon juice

Method:

  1. In a vessel, pour 2 cups of water and add in dry or fresh peppermint leaves.
  2. Put it on low flame and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn off the flame and strain the prepared tea.
  4. Add in honey and lemon juice.
  5. Consume warm.
