Things you need-
- Fresh or dried peppermint stems and leaves
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon of honey (if you like it sweet)
- 1 ½ teaspoon of lemon juice
- In a vessel, pour 2 cups of water and add in dry or fresh peppermint leaves.
- Put it on low flame and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and strain the prepared tea.
- Add in honey and lemon juice.
